Unplugged Days are company-wide prolonged weekends and even full weeks off that are supposed to enable workers time to unplug from work and plug into different elements of life. For me, which means touring! 

Lately have been so priceless to me. Throughout my break day, I refresh my thoughts by prioritizing self care on my travels. Typically, I push myself to get out of my consolation zone and interact with new folks and cultures I’m fully unfamiliar with. Additionally, Unplugged Days provide me the flexibility to attach with pals and spend high quality time with my family members. Having the time to journey, decompress and join with household and pals has introduced me a lot pleasure. I can confidentiality say that I’m a Clouderan that really loves residing the #ClouderaLife.

Parts of a cheerful worker 

One factor I can’t overlook to say is that Cloudera is crammed with nice teammates which have helped me develop, maintain me motivated and on observe to achieve my bigger profession ambitions. However I consider that correct work-life stability is essential to creating a totally happy and engaged worker. I’ve discovered that stability at Cloudera and I couldn’t be extra grateful.
